This 60 mins Vinyasa Flow yoga class is open to all abilities from complete beginners to well-seasoned practitioners. Modifications and verbal cues are offered where appropriate so that all students can work at a level that feels right for them.
It is taught in the Vinyasa style of yoga which combines movement and breath to transition fluidly between poses. This dynamic style of yoga will increase flexibility, stamina, bone and joint health, overall wellness and cardio! A regular Vinyasa Yoga practice offers an immense sense of freedom in the body and mind as the two flow seamlessly with the breath.
Yin Yoga works into the deeper tissues of the body through long, supported posture holds. It is a much quieter, less rigorous style of yoga than Vinyasa Flow. Expect to walk away feeling deeply restored!
