This is a class open to all abilities. Modifications and verbal cues where appropriate so that all students can work at a level that feels right for them.
It is taught in the Vinyasa style of yoga which combines movement and breath to transition fluidly between poses. It is a dynamic style of yoga which will increase flexibility, stamina, bone and joint health, overall wellness and cardio! Moving smoothly through each asana (pose) gives the student the chance to experience a full embodiment.
Vinyasa yoga will calm and relax the mind by using the breath to synchronize movements and draw the student's focus inward.

Yin Yoga works into the deeper tissues of the body through long, supported posture holds. It is a much quieter, less rigorous style of yoga than Vinyasa Flow. Expect to walk away feeling deeply restored!
